JANUARY 28 - FEBRUARY 1, 2016
REGISTRATION:
Contact the District Office for a registration form at office@rotary5280.org or 310-670-9792. Complete the registration form and return to the District Office with your deposit.
Registrations are on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.
A deposit must be submitted at the time of registration in order to secure a spot on the trip.

For those attending Humanitarian Trip only (not Post-Trip):
January 28, 2016 depart LAX at 10:29am. Arrival at Panama City PTY at 7:50pm. Copa Flight 303
February 1, 2016 depart Panama City at 6:22pm. Arrival at LAX at 10:29pm. Copa Flight 302
For those attending Post-Trip:
January 27, 2016 depart LAX at 10:43pm. Arrival at Panama City PTY at 8:04am. Copa Flight 303 (over-night flight)
February 5, 2016 depart Panama City at 6:22pm. Arrival at LAX 10:29pm. Copa Flight 302
HOTELS:
Humanitarian Trip: Attendees will stay at the Bristol Hotel in Panama City
Post-Trip: Attendees will stay at the JW Marriott Panama Golf & Beach Resort in Playa Blanca, Panama
SERVICE PROJECTS & OPTIONAL TOURS:
There are several service projects and optional tours available for attendees.
Attendees can choose to attend several, few or none of the activities offered.
We want you to have a hand in crafting your schedule on the trip!

SOCIAL EVENTS & PANAMA CANAL TRANSIT:
Friday, January 29: Welcome Dinner Event
Saturday, January 30: Cultural Dinner Event
Sunday, January 31: Afternoon on the Panama Canal Transit Aboard Yacht
The social events and Panama Canal Transit are included in your registration fee. See you all there!
POST-TRIP:
Post-Trip is to the Playa Blanca Resort from February 1-5, 2016.
If the Post-Trip fills up, a waiting list will be started for those still interested in attending.
CANCELATION POLICY:
1) Before October 1, 2015- Full Refund 2) Between October 1-November 30, 2015- $150 Penalty 3) After November 30, 2015- No Refund
