2020-21 mou/ district grant training

To participate in Rotary Foundation Global and District Grants, the Club must fulfill the following:

  1. Be CURRENT with Rotary International and District dues;

  2. Agree to implement the financial and stewardship requirements in this Club Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU)

  3. Either send at least TWO or more Club members to the District’s Grant Management seminar each year OR have at least TWO or more Club member(s) take the Grant Management webinar. After taking the seminar/webinar, the member will receive a quiz and score 100%.

  4. The CLUB PRESIDENT AND CLUB PRESIDENT-ELECT MUST THEN SIGN THE CLUB MOU AND SUBMIT IT TO THE DISTRICT OFFICE. 

By completing these requirements, and only then, the Club becomes qualified and eligible to participate in the TRF grant program. 

 

 

Grant Management Webinar Instructions: 

  1. View the webinar and power point.

  2. After completing the webinar, complete the MOU quiz.

  3. Participants who answer all questions correctly will receive via email the MOU which must be signed by the Club President and Club President-Elect. Return MOU to the District Office at office@rotary5280.org

  4. Upon receipt of the signed MOU, you will be listed under your Rotary club name as Club MOU Certified 2020-2021; however, only when one or more of your club members have signed a Club MOU will your club be certified and can then participate in the TRF and District Grant programs.

  5. MOU shall be signed by the Club President and Club President-Elect

 

The deadline to complete the grant certification is May 31, 2020

The deadline to apply for District Grants is October 31, 2020
