CLUB’S RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Small clubs (24 members or Less): $90.00
- Medium clubs (25-49 members): $145.00
- Large clubs (50+ members): $200.00
- Student must be sponsored by a Rotary Club to compete; if you are already sponsoring a student and you happen to have another for the same event, please contact the Pageant of the Arts Chair to help partner the student with a club. Also, DO NOT turn away a student that has the talent to compete just because they are not within your city.
- Create a flyer and promote the contest throughout your community.
- Clubs can participate in just one event, or sponsor a contestant in all five events.
- Clubs can select a single participant or hold a competition to select the best participant they will sponsor for the District competition.
- Clubs can offer prizes, money or certificates to participants and/or winners of the Club competition.
- One applicant per category may be submitted for the District Competition.
- Start early so you will have contestants in time to submit the registration online by the due date: March 17, 2021.
- Have the contestants you are sponsoring complete the District Registration/Application form.
NOTE: Students under age 18, must have a parent or guardian sign the application. - Do not discard the student's registration after you have submitted online. Please email it to Brenda Jaramillo at bjaramillo@crlu.org
- The sponsoring club must complete the Online Registration for each contestant on the District website, and the Registration Fee must be received by the District Office, no later than March 17, 2021 for the registration to be accepted.
- Paper applications will not be accepted.
- Support your student to be sure they know contest rules and are ready to present.
- Encourage your club members to attend the Pageant to support and cheer on all contestants.
After you have submitted your student in the online registration link on the District website, please email the student's signed registration form to Brenda Jaramillo at bjaramillo@crlu.org.
Club Applications must be submitted online. Paper submissions WILL NOT be accepted.
NOTE:
For Music: A separate application must be filed (and paid for) for vocalists and instrumentalists.
For Dance: If it is a Dance Group, an application must be completed for each dancer ,however, there is only ONE registration fee.
