2026 District Conference Cruise | May 15-18, 2026

Rotary District 5280 is hitting the high seas on the first ever District Conference Cruise! The cruise travels on Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas from Los Angeles to Ensenada, Mexico and back from May 15-18, 2026! 

ABOUT THE CRUISE
There are a limited number of each cabin type, and reservations are first come, first serve.  Please contact District Conference co-chair Sandra Velasquez at sandra_inveljtravel@yahoo.com for available cabins and prices.

 

Instructions:
  1. Complete the registration form below with your preferences and personal information.
  2. Complete the credit card authorization form and upload to our secure Dropbox link.  The full balance will be charged upon registration.
  3. Note: The charges reflected on your credit card will come directly from Royal Caribbean. Please make note of this so you don't accidentally dispute the charge.

District Conference Registration Fees

Registration Fees For the Conference (these are in addition to the cabin reservation):

Rotarian Fees:
  • Until September 15, 2025: $150.00
  • September 16 - November 15, 2025: $175.00
  • November 16 - December 31, 2025: $200.00 
  • After December 31, 2025: $250.00
Guests:
  • $75.00 (only includes the Welcome Reception)
  • $150.00 (includes Welcome Reception and day in Ensenada)
Rotaractors:
  • $150.00 
Children are free
 
For people booking the cruise on their own, there will be an extra $250.00 fee (per person) on top of the registration.
