Rotary District 5280 is hitting the high seas on the first ever District Conference Cruise! The cruise travels on Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas from Los Angeles to Ensenada, Mexico and back from May 15-18, 2026!
ABOUT THE CRUISE
There are a limited number of each cabin type, and reservations are first come, first serve. If your cabin preference is not available, you will be contacted for your second choice. Cabins based on double occupancy. Price includes your 3-night stay and all meals.
- Inside Cabin: $550 per person*
- Ocean View Cabin (cabin with a window): $625 per person*
- Balcony Cabin: $855 per person*

Instructions:
- Complete the registration form below with your preferences and personal information.
- Complete the credit card authorization form and upload to our secure Dropbox link. A $200 deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. Final payments due by February 1, 2026.
- Note: The charges reflected on your credit card will come directly from Royal Caribbean. Please make note of this so you don't accidentally dispute the charge.

Registration Fees For the Conference (these are in addition to the cabin reservation):
Rotarian Fees:
- Until September 15, 2025: $150.00
- September 16 - November 15, 2025: $175.00
- November 16 - December 31, 2025: $200.00
- After December 31, 2025: $250.00
Guests:
- $75.00 (only includes the Welcome Reception)
- $150.00 (includes Welcome Reception and day in Ensenada)
Rotaractors:
- $150.00
Children are free
For people booking the cruise on their own, there will be an extra $250.00 fee (per person) on top of the registration.
