Pricing and Registration

Registration opens Friday, June 20 at 10:00am. A link to the application will appear on this page starting Friday. Your space will not be confirmed until you send in the deposit.

Registration is first come, first served, and space is limited

Service Project Trip Only (February 2-7, 2026):

  • Group Flight (includes flight, hotel, transportation & most meals)

    • Double Occupancy- $2575 per person

    • Single Occupancy- $2995 per person
 
  • Separate Flight (includes hotel, transportation & most meals. You MUST make your own flight arrangements)
    • Double Occupancy- $2275 per person
    • Single Occupancy- $2695 per person

 

Service Project Trip + Post-Trip (February 2-10, 2026):

  • Group Flight (includes flight, hotel, transportation & most meals)

    • Double Occupancy- $3425 per person

    • Single Occupancy- $4385 per person
 
  • Separate Flight (includes hotel, transportation & most meals. You MUST make your own flight arrangements)
    • Double Occupancy- $3125 per person
    • Single Occupancy- $4085 per person

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

Deposit:

  • There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot.

Payments:

  • 50% of the balance is due July 15th, 2025

  • Balance due by October 15, 2025

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations by July 15, 2025: $500 Penalty
  • Cancellations between July 16-October 15, 2025: Deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellations after October 15, 2025: NO REFUNDS
