7th Inning Stretch

Thursday, June 12 | 6:00-8:00pm

 
DG Albert wants to say thank you to our membership by hosting an open bar for two hours for the first 100 registrants. Anyone beyond 100 will pay $40.  In true DG fashion, the event is entitled the "7th Inning Stretch." Come decked out in your Dodgers gear and enjoy non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wine and catch up with good friends. 
 

Hot Air Balloon Ride

Friday, June 13 | 5:30AM

 
For the flight, the Pilot will be providing a guided tour to the Rotarians; pointing out vineyards, estates, wineries, citrus groves, lakes, and more.
 We toast their successful hot air balloon flight and new status as “Aeronaut” with our private label “La Scappatella” champagne, orange juice and mimosas in the VIP area of the winery. Prior to leaving, each guest will receive a souvenir certificate of flight and 20% off the purchase of our private label "La Scappatella" champagne.  

Winery Tour

Friday, June 13 | 12:00-4:00pm

 
Hop on a cable-car led tour of three wineries in Temecula's beautiful wine country! This excursion includes a picnic lunch and an unforgettable afternoon amongst the vineyards!
 

Hospitality Night

Friday, June 13 | 6:00pm

Hospitality Night is scheduled for Friday night after dinner, and we’re turning up the fun by inviting clubs to bring their favorite dessert to share with fellow Rotarians!

Whether it’s a family recipe, a local favorite, or a store-bought classic, let’s make this night unforgettable — one sweet bite at a time.

Clubs, we need YOU to sign up and let us know what dessert you’ll be bringing. This helps us plan and ensures a delicious variety for all to enjoy! Space is limited so please confirm your clubs participation today!

Celebration of Life

Sunday, June 15 | Closing Session

Each year at the District Conference, we host a Celebration of Life to honor Rotarians who have passed away during the 2024-25 Rotary year. If your club lost any Rotarians during the 2024-25 year, please submit their information so that we may properly celebrate and honor their legacy and dedication to Rotary.
 
SERVICE PROJECTS
The 2025 District Conference has two opportunities to participate in service projects! Please sign up for one or both projects and make a difference! Both projects take place onsite at the hotel.
 
  • Friday, June 13 (1:30-2:30pm): Care packages for the military- D5280 is partnering with MilVet.org to pack 100 care packages to actively deployed military service members. 
    • Note: This project is scheduled at the same time as the Wine Tasting Tour, so keep that in mind.
  • Saturday, June 14 (1:30-2:30pm)- Duffel bags for foster youth- D5280 is partnering with our own Interact students from Larchmont and Loyola High Schools to pack 100 duffel bags filled with supplies for foster youth in the Temecula area. 
    • This project doesn't conflict with any other scheduled activity.
