District 5280 is traveling to Puerto Rico April 18-24, 2022 for several life-changing service projects. Join your fellow Rotarians for the trip of a lifetime as you help improve the lives of people in Puerto Rico while seeing beautiful sites, enjoying Rotary fellowship and making memories you'll never forget. REGISTRATION
To register, please download the registration form, complete, and return to the District Office at office@rotary5280.org. The registration form is a writable pdf, so you can type directly onto it, save it and email back.
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and space is limited.
COVID Protocol: All travelers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend the trip. You will be required to attest that you are vaccinated as well as sign a waiver of liability.
Deposit:
- A 50% deposit is required at time of registration in order to secure your reservation and $1,000 of this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy:
- The last day to cancel is December 31, 2021.
- Any cancellations must be made in writing to the District Office and $1,000 of the deposit will be deducted from the refund.
- After December 31, 2021, there are NO REFUNDS (no exceptions).

The optional Post-Trip takes place April 24-27, 2022 at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve at Coco Beach. After several days of service projects, rest and relax and this breathtaking resort.
