Everyone's favorite summer event is back! The District Picnic, "Make Waves: Cardboard Boat Regatta" is happening Sunday, August 29 from 5-9pm at Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach. Dress in your regatta best- captain's hats, stripes and yacht club chic encouraged!
The evening includes:
- DJ and dancing
- Dunk tank (lineup includes DG Brady Connell, DGN Leon Nixon, PDG Melody St. John, AG Jon Smoller and AG Mike Shaar!)
- Lawn games, caricaturist, balloonist, and face painting
- Fun photo ops!
Tickets:
(admission includes entry to the event grounds. All contests are optional add-ons):
- Children 10 and under: $10
- Everyone else: $17

We are looking for people/clubs to volunteer to bring food for the picnic. Please sign up to bring a dish HERE.

- Singing Contest
- Limited to 3 entries
- 2-3 minute performance
- Solos, duets, or trios accepted
- Soccer Teams Competition/Nerf Ball
- Limited to 4 teams
- Three-person teams (mix & match, no club restrictions)
- $30/team
