Club Display Tables:

  • For $25 each, clubs have the opportunity to reserve a display table to showcase a service project or event. This is first come, first served and tables are limited. Please contact District Breakfast co-chairs Gilda Dyckman and Nicole King to reserve your table. 

Sponsorship Opportunities: 

  • A $500 sponsorship includes social media advertisement and your logo on the big screen at the event
  • A $1000 sponsorship includes social media advertisement and your logo on the big screen at the event PLUS your logo on all table centerpieces

Community Service Collections: 

  • Gift cards for survivors of human trafficking:
    • Please bring Target or Amazon gift cards that will be used for backpacks and essentials for survivors of human trafficking. Download the flyer.
  • Magazine Drive
    • Please bring new or gently used magazines for a RYLA activity. RYLA students will be using the magazines for a vision board exercise. Travel, sports, nature, art, fashion, wellness, business, culture, food, and home magazines are preferred. Download the flyer.

About our speaker:

Phil Keoghan, Executive Producer of The Amazing Race.

Phil Keoghan has been sharing stories in front of a camera for almost four decades. He is best known as the host and Executive Producer of CBS’s award-winning television series The Amazing Race – the 39th season airs this fall.
 
Rotarians may be interested to learn that generations of his family have as served as Rotarians.  Notably, his grandfather was president of the Westport Club in New Zealand, his grandmother part of the Inner Circle and his father, a member in both Antigua, in the Caribbean, and Mosgiel, in New Zealand. 
 
During his travels to more than 140 countries, Phil has been invited to speak at several Rotary clubs and always taken great interest in the global reach and impact Rotary members continue to have in the world’s most remote locations.
 
Phil will be with us at the District Breakfast on August 15th to share stories about his Rotary family, his own commitment to service through several ambitious philanthropic endeavors, his best-selling book, No Opportunity Wasted and his personal philosophy, BUCKIT, Tickit Before You Kickit!
 
As a philanthropist Keoghan has been listed as one of the world’s top 200 Most Influential Philanthropists and Social Entrepreneurs. Collaborating with his wife and business partner, they continue to support several charities and achieved a life goal of raising over 1 million dollars for MS, Multiple Sclerosis.
 
Phil’s work has earned him numerous awards, including 10 Primetime Emmy Awards as a producer and host of THE AMAZING RACE; Best Director Award at the 2017 American Documentary Film Festival; the 2018 Sports Documentarian Award from the International Sports Hall of Fame; a World Class New Zealand Award; The Dorothy Corwin Spirit of Life Award for services to MS; a 2012 Sir Peter Blake Leadership Award; and the Endurance Live, Celebrity Athlete of the Year in 2013. Keoghan was made a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for his services to television and tourism.
