Setting and Achieving Bold Goals

Each Rotary Club shares the Mission of Service Above Self in its local community and beyond, however its Vision, Goals and necessary Actions to achieve them are unique. Even though they many similarities, each Rotary Club exists in its own context and can benefit from creating its own strategic plan which will serve as a guide for its members.

Strategic planning establishes the "ultimate state" vision of your Rotary Club, then creates the roadmap to get from where your Rotary Club is today to where your members want it to be. During this two-part workshop, Jillian Alexander (RC-Santa Monica) will lead President-Elects and others on their leadership team through the strategic planning process for their Rotary Clubs.

The sessions are scheduled six weeks apart to afford President-Elects time to engage fellow Rotary Club members in further developing strategic plans begun during Workshop I.
