Zone Institute 2007 Long Beach, CA Oct 11-14th

The Zone Institute for RI Zones 23 & 24 was held at the Long Beach Hilton on October 11th to 14th. In addition to the Zone Institute there was the traditional Presentation of next year's District Governor, DGE Chuck Anderson & Terri, to RI President Wilf Wilkinson and RI Director Paul Netzel by DG Dave Moyers.
