Yes, E-Clubs Do Meet In Person!

At the request of President Sara Vasquez, Immediate Past President Mel Powell of the Rotary E-Club of The Greater San Fernando Valley presents DG Doug Baker with a Really Big Check to represent their Club's donation to The Rotary Foundation in recognition of Doug's Official Visit to the Club on 26 January 2014.
The Club does not actually own one of those Really Big Checks for presentations, so here DG Doug, a hockey fan, accepts a Really Big Czech, hockey superstar Jaromir Jagr, an Olympian and 6'3" native of Kladno, Czech Republic. DG Doug met with the Club for their monthly Fourth Sunday Gathering in Sherman Oaks, California, and video of their conversation is the E-Club's online program for the week of 27 January. The Club always welcomes visiting Rotarians for make-up meetings at www.rotaryeclubgreatersfv.org.
