November 18: The Rotary Club of Historic Filipino Town's sister club, the Rotary Club of Cebu, Philippines, has reached many of the towns hit by the typhoon. The club gave food to 6,000 families in just one town alone. They also gave food to thousands of families in more northern towns. The Rotary club reports that what these town need now are construction materials like galvanized sheets, lumber and umbrella nails.
