District 5280 Goes Back In Time For The Rotary Foundation Celebration

The annual Rotary Foundation Celebration was held November 8, 2014 at the historic Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. District Rotarians stepped back in time for a 1920s-themed evening. Chaired by Westchester Rotarian Cozette Vergari, the Rotary Foundation Celebration included both a silent and live auction to benefit The Rotary Foundation, dinner, 1920s entertainment and a special address by Terence Winter, creater of the HBO drama, "Boardwalk Empire". He was honored for the show's portrayal of a child diagnosed with polio. To see photos from the event, click here.
