Youth Protection Policy- List of Rotarians Fully Certified

On the list below, you will find the Rotarians (organized by club) who have become fully certified for the 201-2012 Rotary year.

To become fully certified, the Rotarian must have:

1) Read the Youth Protection Powerpoint

 2) Signed and returned the Declaration Form

3) Signed and returned the Youth Volunteer Affidavit

4) Submitted their name and passed the online background check (applicants need to log onto the background check website and enter the password "goodwill").
