Join fellow club leaders for a practical, interactive 90-minute session focused on strengthening the member experience—from the first welcome through many years of Rotary service.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

• Strengthen onboarding so new members quickly feel connected and part of the club.

• Build belonging and engagement by helping members develop relationships and find meaningful ways to contribute.

• Revisit proven Rotary traditions—orientation, craft talks, fireside chats, mentoring, and fellowship—and adapt them for today’s members.

• Re-energize longtime members who may have become less involved or begun to drift away.

Most importantly, we’ll move beyond ideas to action. You’ll leave with practical strategies and next steps you can immediately put to work in your club.
